Dynamic intelligence is organizational knowledge that behaves like a live system rather than an archive: attached to real operational context, updated as the work happens, and delivered differently as conditions change — the opposite of the wiki that was accurate the day it was written.

What it is
Three properties separate dynamic intelligence from stored information: situatedness (knowledge bound to assets, roles, and moments, not filed under topics), currency (change in the operation propagates to the knowledge, one version, everywhere), and responsiveness (what’s delivered depends on where you stand and what’s happening — the same procedure presents differently to a trainee in practice mode and a technician mid-fault). Intelligence, in this sense, is knowledge plus the machinery that keeps it true.
