Built for places where knowing how is the whole job.
Your experts’ know-how, activated
The know-how activation platform
Select Platform
Two platforms.
One question: who is the knowledge for?
Your best people show us how the work is done. We turn that into guidance anyone can follow, and put it where the work happens.
For your own people
Private Vaults, your environment, your control. Operations, manufacturing, labs.
- Guided sessions in the flow of work
- Your SSO · your access rules · your boundary
For your audience
Published knowledge that reaches members, customers, and communities.
- Discoverable Vaults · certification
- Reach, measured
One engine underneath. Two directions of travel.
DeemL is the know-how activation platform: we capture what your experts know and activate it wherever it’s needed. Both products run on the same capture engine — voice, video, screen, or templates, mapped to the work it belongs to.
An expert shows you once
Voice, video, screen, or a template. DeemL structures the capture into a guide and maps it to the asset, process, or role it belongs to.
Watch one made, start to finish
Activated inward
Your own people get the answer at the moment of the work — on the line, in the lab, in the system they already use.
How Core worksActivated outward
Your audience gets published, verified knowledge they can search — and members can ask it questions, answered from what you published.
How Hub worksThe AI isn’t an add-on you configure. It’s how a capture becomes a guide, and how a question becomes an answer from your own knowledge rather than the open web.
See the platformWhy we built this
Every organization owns knowledge it can’t find, can’t keep, and can’t hand over.
It isn’t in the document library. It’s in the person who knows why the line does that in humid weather, the one who can hear a bearing going, the one everybody calls before they call the vendor. It was never written down because writing it down was always someone’s least favourite afternoon.
For most of history that was survivable, because expertise passed hand to hand — you stood next to someone until you knew what they knew. That mechanism is thinning. The people carrying the knowledge are leaving faster than the people who could learn it from them are arriving, and the junior work where judgement used to be built is being automated away.
So we built the instrument we thought was missing. Not a place to store documents — those exist and they haven’t worked. Something that takes what your experts already know, without asking them to become writers, and turns it into knowledge your organization owns: governed, current, and answering questions in the moment someone is stuck.
Some of that knowledge should never leave your walls. Some of it is worthless until it reaches people outside them. That’s why there are two of us.
Built for the places knowledge is expensive to lose
The way work is learned has changed.
Start where the urgency is.
Capture what your experts know before it walks out the door — or publish what you know to the people who need it.
