Deeml Core
Same Core. Compare the difference.
Every plan captures, verifies, and serves your team’s know-how. What you’re choosing here is scale, where it runs, and what your auditors expect.

Sharing knowledge
Sharing knowledge with members, clients, or customers outside your organization? That’s a different job — and a different product.
See Deeml HubFAQs
Do the higher plans run a different product?
No. Build, Operate, Scale, and Sovereign are the same Core — same capture, same guided sessions, same Ask DD. What changes between them is scale, where it runs, and the compliance depth your auditors expect, not the underlying product.
Why don’t Scale and Sovereign show allowance numbers?
Because they’re sized to your operation. Scale and Sovereign are annual contracts with reserved capacity scoped to your users, sites, and obligations — so the allowances are set with you rather than fixed on a list.
Can I compare Core and Hub plans side by side?
Not directly — they solve different jobs. Core equips your own organization; Hub publishes knowledge to members, clients, or customers outside it. This page compares the four Core plans; see Deeml Hub for its own pricing.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-year?
You move up when you’re ready — your organization, Vaults, and people come with you, and any price difference is pro-rated. Upgrades to a dedicated environment are handled as a managed migration with billing continuity, not a restart.
