Two products. One question.

Are you equipping your own organization — or reaching the people around it? Pick your side and we’ll show you exactly what it costs.

Deeml Core

Equip your organization

Private Vaults Guided procedures Compliance-ready

For teams that run on know-how — operations, manufacturing, labs, field service. Capture your experts’ knowledge and turn it into guidance your people use in the flow of work.

  • Your own employees are the ones using the knowledge
  • The content is internal: procedures, SOPs, tribal know-how
  • You need control over access, versions, and audit trails

FAQs

What’s the difference between Core and Hub?

Core is your organization’s private knowledge system: your experts, your procedures, your people. Hub is a publishing platform: knowledge you maintain for an audience of members, clients, or customers. Same capture engine underneath, opposite direction of travel.

Can I use both?

Yes — as two products with two accounts. They’re deliberately separate: Core carries a security posture your auditors will like, and Hub carries the openness your audience needs. Mixing them would weaken both.

Can I switch later?

Yes. Moving from Hub to Core is a supported migration, not a restart — your content comes with you. Talk to us when you’re ready and we’ll walk you through it.
