FAQs

Can I switch roles later?

Yes. If you picked Freelancer and grew into an agency, or your plan no longer fits how you work, you can change it — your Vaults and content come with you, and any price difference is pro-rated.

What happens when I pass my member cap?

You move up a plan — that’s it. Members are never metered, so growth never shows up as a surprise line on your bill. We’ll tell you as you approach the cap so the upgrade is a decision, not an interruption.

What counts as an Assistant Session?

A session counts only when it did real work: a member asked and followed up, got an answer grounded in your Vault’s content, or actively worked with served content for at least a minute. Anonymous visitors browsing your public content never generate sessions — public reach is free.

Is there a free trial?

Freelancer, Agency Solo-to-Duo and Mid-Size, Association Small, and Vendor Small all start with a free trial — no card required on Freelancer. Larger plans start with a conversation or direct checkout, whichever you prefer.

What is a Vault?

A Vault is where one body of knowledge lives — your content, its verification status, its members, and the AI that answers from it. Freelancers run one; agencies run one per client; associations and vendors usually run one flagship Vault, sometimes more.
